I'd like to replicate this kind of UI from sentence builder within workflows:The image above shows monday's standard Outlook Calendar configuration.While learning to do similar in workflows, I'd like the ability to replicate this UI.In workflows we can use "sub fields" – https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/object-fields – and because the calendar event in Outlook has a fixed number of things to configure, we can use a static schema without the need for a remote URL.I'd done the following to configure the static schema:I've connected this to the workflow action and promoted the version to live, but get nothing in the workflow:What am I doing wrong? Hello,I have a question regarding daily call limit for Pro tier. In the documentation it is mentioned that 10,000 requests is a soft limit and can be adjusted via API analytics dashboard. What makes it unclear to me, API analytics dashboard is only available for Enterprise accounts according to this page.Is it possible to change API call limit on Pro tier or not?

My company uses Monday and Kaseya Autotask.  We want to do our primary work in Autotask for support tickets but send and receive information in Monday for reporting to Management.  I’m a new worker tasked with learning how to make Monday communicate with Autotask.I’ve never done a lot of scripting or worked with APIs before, so I am on a learning curve.  We also have a third application called “Rewst” that allows you to automate workflows.  Rewst has native connections with Autotask, but only a generic API link with Monday.I’m looking for recommendations and advice on developing a learning path of getting one or both of these applications (Rewst and Autotask) communicating effectively with Monday.  I would appreciate any feedback from anyone else who might be utilizing these tools.Thank you for your consideration and input.

Hi Community, We are developing an H5 camera feature inside an Item View. In a regular browser, the camera preview works correctly using getUserMedia. However, inside the Monday App WebView, the preview does not appear as expected: - On iOS, after accessing the camera, the <video> element automatically switches to the system full-screen video player, preventing inline preview.- On Android, the camera preview also cannot be displayed directly within the page. We would like to know:  1. Does the Monday App WebView support WKWebView's `allowsInlineMediaPlayback` on iOS?  2. Is there a corresponding configuration for Android to allow inline camera preview?  3. If these properties are not currently supported, are there any plans to support them in future releases? Any guidance or workarounds to properly display inline camera preview within Monday App would be greatly appreciated.   Thank you!

Can `monday.get/listen("itemIds")` please return all item IDs to match the behaviour on desktop? I only get a max of 100 item IDs on mobile, where I get the full number of board item IDs on desktop.I referenced https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/building-for-mobile and https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/mondayget and there is no mention of any limitations for mobile.>  The list of item IDs that are filtered in the current board (or all items if no filters are applied).This means I cannot provide the expected behaviour of my app for my app’s users. There is also no indicator the list of item IDs is truncated, nor is pagination available.

I’m trying to setup Monday.com APIs in an instance of Microsoft’s Azure API Management. APIM consumes the GraphQL schema no problem but when I send a query to the Monday.com APIs through it I consistently get a 403 error from Cloudflare saying I’ve been blocked…    <div class="cf-wrapper cf-header cf-error-overview">        <h1 data-translate="block_headline">Sorry, you have been blocked</h1>        <h2 class="cf-subheadline">            <span data-translate="unable_to_access">You are unable to access</span> monday.com</h2>    </div>Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution to it?Thanks!     Jeff

It would be great if we could open an email client from both desktop and mobile app views. In our desktop view, we use `mailto:user@example.com?subject=&body=` links in certain locations so people can ask for trials of specific features etc. We could replace it with monday forms, but this is really low-effort and works well for us. There’s `monday.execute(‘openLinkInTab’)` already, and something similar (or the same method) would work.

Hello everyone. I need clarification on how to configure the Base URL in my integration features.When deploying to multiple regions, I receive separate URLs for each region:https://live1-service-X.us.monday.app https://live1-service-X.eu.monday.app https://live1-service-X.au.monday.appHowever, when configuring an integration feature (or app event webhook), I can only specify a single "Base URL" in the Feature Details section.My questions:Which URL should I enter as the Base URL - just one region? Does monday.com automatically route requests to the appropriate regional endpoint based on the user's location? Is there a way to use a dynamic or wildcard URL pattern to handle all regions? If I need to handle region routing myself in the Base URL, how can I determine the account's region?Any guidance on best practices for multi-region URL configuration would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm interested in building my own integrations on the monday.com platform, but I'm finding it difficult to get started. Some of the documentation appears to be outdated, and I'm running into a few roadblocks:Step 7: "Choose Quickstart Integration - NodeJS template" this template doesn’t seem to exist anymore “> Prefer a video demo? I have create and application on the development center, then I have create a feature on the section of Board multi items menu but, when a select 3 items and go to my application I am only receiving a sessionToken in the request. I do not see a way to make a API call to retrieve the 3 selected items I have. How can I get my batch or context information with the items I had selected in order to execute my actions on those ids?? I am using API calls, no SDK at the moment. Please advise. Ronald

Hi Everyone, This is my first time posting here. I have a question relating to a behavioral change I’ve noticed in the monday.listen function, which I was using in an app I am developing for concurrency management. Objective Use monday.listen to facilitate concurrency management in an Item View feature. This would enable multiple users to edit the same item without a "last write wins" condition. Previous Success In early September 2025, I successfully configured a listener in my app that would retrieve updates to the item and perform a reconciliation process.I validated this by performing a "two-tab" test: Open the same item and load the app in two separate browser tabs (Tab A and Tab B). Submit a change to the item in Tab A. Receive the change_column_value event in Tab B, display a notification, and reconcile the data. I would like to inquire about the fate of account Storage once a user decides to uninstall the app. Are the data wiped out entirely upon uninstallation, or does Monday.com retain any portion of this data for a certain period or under specific circumstances? Hi, we are working on the marketplace app, which is using Board multi item menu feature. We would like it have a custom size, but for some reason the dialog widget is only working, when you select one of the standard Dialog sizes. Are there any details that we should know to make custom size work?
