Is there a way to add a column, to a board, which when its data is updated does not cause an update to that ITEM's modified date?
Rationale
I've created a sync system to sync mdc Proposal activity to internal corporate systems. It filters Proposal by ITEM modified date to determine which mdc Proposals were altered since the prior sync.
I would like to add a few "sync info" fields to the mdc Proposal board, to indicate the latest sync status.
However, I don't want writing to those sync fields, on the Proposal board, to alter the ITEM's modified date so as not to cause a never ending sync loop.
The sync system was written in python and uses normal api calls. It does not use the monday.client python tool.
