Question

Per Seat Pricing: Do all Monday users have to pay for my app in seat-based pricing?

If I price per user, and I want these Accounts to be able to subscribe as many users as they want to my app, is that possible?

For example, if the Account has 100 Monday users, but only 3 users want to use my app, how do I set that up?

Thanks!

Yup, the account has to pay for 100 users. There is no named users licensing model for apps.

@Revilre  Oof. That’s so rough. Brainstorming here.

1. Can I create different pricing, and then just add them manually to the right pricing plan? Just manually count the number of users they need, even if technically, anyone could use it?

2.Can I pull the number of users, based on a certain Monday product, like only Monday Dev users can use this product??

Use Case: A Software company account has 100 doctors, and 4 software developers. Only the software developers need my app. So they only need 4 licenses, not 104.

@markberry555 you can possibly use a feature based pricing plan if monday approves it. But what most people do I think is have a backend override flag for a real limit - then give discounts and have a separate agreement. So they get 100 users, you discount 96%, but have some way on the backend to then enforce the 4 named or active users outside the monday enforcement scheme.
