If I price per user, and I want these Accounts to be able to subscribe as many users as they want to my app, is that possible?
For example, if the Account has 100 Monday users, but only 3 users want to use my app, how do I set that up?

+1Yup, the account has to pay for 100 users. There is no named users licensing model for apps.
