Hi everyone,

I’m Harry. I built HookFlow, an app on the monday.com Marketplace. I want to explain what the app does and how HookFlow handles your data.

The problem
Many webhooks hit monday.com at once during a launch, a campaign or a sale. The API returns HTTP 429 errors. Some senders do not retry, so the lead or order never reaches your board. Board automations also slow down or skip steps when many updates land together.

What HookFlow does
You paste a HookFlow URL into your source app. HookFlow replies 200 OK to the sender in under 10ms. HookFlow then sends each payload to your board at a pace monday.com accepts.

  • Maps JSON payload fields to board columns
  • Retries every 60 seconds when monday.com is overloaded
  • Works with Stripe, Shopify, Webflow and custom apps

Example: a Stripe payment webhook arrives. HookFlow maps the amount and customer name to columns on your board.

Security

  • Normal traffic passes straight to monday.com. HookFlow holds the payload in memory only.
  • When monday.com is overloaded, HookFlow encrypts the payload before queueing.
  • HookFlow deletes each record after successful delivery.
  • Undelivered data is purged after 7 days.
  • Setup uses standard monday.com OAuth. You choose which boards HookFlow reaches.
  • Billing runs through monday.com.

Setup takes about two minutes

  • Install HookFlow from the monday.com Marketplace
  • Select your boards
  • Generate your URL
  • Paste the URL into your source app

Plans

  • Essential, £49 per month: 2,500 requests, 1 board
  • Professional, £149 per month: 25,000 requests, 5 boards
  • Enterprise, £299 per month: unlimited requests and boards

Feedback
I want to hear from you.

  • Do you lose items during traffic spikes?
  • Which source apps do you connect to your boards?
  • Which feature is missing?

Reply here or message me. I read every response.
