It would be great if we could open an email client from both desktop and mobile app views. In our desktop view, we use `mailto:user@example.com?subject=&body=` links in certain locations so people can ask for trials of specific features etc. We could replace it with monday forms, but this is really low-effort and works well for us. There’s `monday.execute(‘openLinkInTab’)` already, and something similar (or the same method) would work.

iOS: The fix will be released in the next version, scheduled for December 30th.
Android: The fix will be released in the version scheduled for January 14th.
Once this fix is released, you can use the monday.execute(‘openLinkInTab’) SDK function to successfully open the intended URL.
