I basically wanna create an API request to find an item based on a column value (email).
Out of all the API docs I used, this one confuses me.
It doesn’t show what end-point to use, what all query parameters are required and how it should be inputted to find the right one.
I might be wrong here, this is different to the API doc format am familiar with so am stuck, could anyone assist me.
PS: I am using Zapier for this

It looks like you are using Zapier’s out-of-the-box block (the action to get items by column values). But it looks like it is some kind of “copy”.
What happens if you use the regular one? I am testing this and it does not require much configuration (the original “Get Item by Column Value” block):
