Questions about recent custom Column View feature

1. I’m not sure I understood the first question,  a transition mechanism is not planned, it’s something that should happen manually by the app user

2. If the application is deleted, it won’t be available. 
3. I will check if its on the mobile team roadmap

Hello, ​@OmerK . First and second questions are related to smooth trial experience for customers: currently monday platform itself does not provide easy way to try Custom Column application on existing boards with already existing data.

1. During onboarding either customer or application should perform data migration to newly created column. Moreover, all related automatons should be retargeted to the new column. Instead, it feels natural to have ability to convert for example existing status column to the Custom one of the given type, anyway at the API level they are the same
2. Column becoming unusable after application is deleted does not give confidence in data safety too. Again Custom status column becoming usual status column after application is deleted feels more natural
