Payout mechanics for a Japan-based vendor: Payoneer account type, tax forms, and fees

Hi all,

I'm an independent developer based in Tokyo, Japan, operating through a Japanese company (株式会社 / "KK"). I'm planning to build and submit a paid app to the marketplace, and I'd like to understand the payout mechanics before I commit development time.

I've already read both "Subscriptions, payments, and billing" (https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/subscriptions-payments-and-billing) and "Submit your app to the marketplace" (https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/submit-your-app). Neither covers the vendor-side onboarding details.

I also found the older thread "Do Independent developers need to fill the vendor form?", where the answer was to fill in an intake form. That form (forms.monday.com/forms/ef5378768a28878c7e623df66b14a549) now returns "We couldn't find your form", so that route appears to be dead. If there is a current replacement, pointing me to it would probably answer most of this on its own.

I can see that at least one Japan-based company (DevSamurai, Tokyo) is already a Silver marketplace partner, so I'm confident this works in principle. What I can't find documented is how it works in practice:

1. Can the Payoneer account be registered under a corporate name (a Japanese KK), or does it have to be a personal account?

2. Are any tax forms required from non-US vendors (W-8BEN-E or similar) before the first payout, and at what point in the process are they requested?

3. I've seen the announcement that Payoneer applies an additional 1% fee on app payouts from monday. Is that still in effect, and are there any other deductions beyond that and the 15% revenue share which applies after the $200K lifetime threshold?

If any other Japan-based developers have been through this, I'd love to hear how it went.

Thanks!
