Just to clarify, is there a specific reason why you are using the v1 of our API? I do believe v2 of the API can be more reliable and will give you more options to get the results you are looking for. Furthermore, we are also planning to deprecate the v1 of our API v1 in a few months, so I think it might make more sense to start the switch to v2.

My recommendation would be trying to re-create the same query in v2, and seeing if you are still getting a 400 error code. At that point, we’d really need to see a snippet of your code in order to be able to troubleshoot and brainstorm what could be the root cause of this error. I hope that makes sense 🙂

Hi alex, it’s been a while. the project is done (with APIv2) the reasons for using APIv1 where not up to me. my manager wanted to use it at the time for whatever reason.
