It’s a very helpful reference, but before I go create all the stylesheets from scratch, are there any CSS resources (or the like) that we could use as a starting point?

At the moment, there are no CSS resources or reusable components.
monday.com are looking to release this in the future, however there is no time frame on this.
For now at least, you will need to create your own CSS
