We aren’t seeing any data come through for account_max_users or account_tier in the webhook for installs or free trials
This information would really help us score these leads and understand revenue potential

Please send us an email to appsupport@monday.com explaining this and adding your account’s ID, if it is in our marketplace or not, and the IDs of the accounts that show no data. Also, please show what you get as account_max_users and account_tier (if null, an empty string or what).

+1I also noted that account_max_users and account_tier don’t have any data in about 20% of the cases.
