Is there any way to set an item default value in specific board by sending api call?

You could use Make or similar to create a scenario to set values when an item is created with a recipe like this:

The thing is that that I want this automation to use as the portfolio solution of Monday.
That’s means that from one specific high level board I want to create a lot of low level projects boards and whenever I create a new item in the high level - an entire low level board will created based on the template.
Additionally I want to set the default values in those low level boards to be connected to the specific item in the high level board automatically.
