what if the developer working on a task start time from 0 and then stop the time when he/she finishes the task. so, when the task is finished then developer can click on finish and it should record the time on the boards for that particular task

I would love to better understand what you are looking for here specifically. To be transparent with you, we do have internal automations in monday.com that would start or stop time tracking based on input in the Status column and you can definitely create an app/integration that would do this for you as well.
