We have developed a monday.com application. When doing the oauth to the customers account we are getting an error they must install the application first. We found the link for people to install the application first, but this complicates the install process.
How do you suggest we handle the integration with monday when we have an install link and a permissions link? I feel like the permissions for oauth should install the app, and there shouldnt be a seperate process.
