I am not getting any my app working on my different account

I am building an app and for testing I am using 3 accounts to share my app with
let say A and B

so in A I am getting context of that board and user

but when I open my app for account B I get’s this

Well I need this to test how my app features are working any idea on how to solve this

Would you be able to please check:

  1. That the app is still installed in that account
  2. That the app is installed in that workspace (or in all workspaces) (you can check this by clicking on your initials or avatar, then on “Administration”, then on “Apps”, then on the three dots next to the name of the app, and then on “Permissions”

and here I am not talking about the 3rd party apps, I am talking about the app I am developing for monday users and I want to test how it works with users.

I recommend reading the documentation on installing and sharing an app. You’ll need to make it public first, then use the sharing URL to install it in your other account.

Hello there @AnishJ,

I mean to check that the app is installed in the account where you are not seeing the view, and that it is installed in the workspace where the board is.
