I am not sure I understand the question.
You want to create an integration to connect monday to Linkedin.
To get a token to get data from monday/update data in monday you can follow this article it describes the different ways in which you can get a token for an app to interact with monday via API.
Regarding how to get a token from Linkedin to interact with that platform, that is something you will need to ask Linkedin´s team as I am not sure how that works in this other platform.
