Getting 403 when creating Custom Field Type block

Hi All,

For some reason I can’t create a custom field type in my monday app, it throws a 403 forbidden.

Any reason this might be happening?

Hi @mrautomation,

Sorry to see that you’re running into this weird issue! Are you seeing any error messages on the UI side?

Small detail, but what happens if you try in an Incognito Window in the most updated version of Google Chrome and close all other windows that have your monday.com account open?

I also see that you have 2 identical custom fields open, I would try to remove them to see if you can create one from scratch.

Let me know if the issue persists we can troubleshoot this as a possible bug.

I just tried the incognito window with most updated version of Google Chrome to no avail.

I think this is a bug 🙂

For future readers: @mrautomation was able to resolve it!

He was trying to edit his custom field type block on a live version. Switching to a newer, unpublished version fixed the issue.
