Error in creating mock app subscription

Hi,

We have submitted the App for marketplace team to review.

They were asked for the following details,

plan_id:
Name:
Description:
Monthly Price: $125
Yearly Price: $100 * 12 = $1200

How to set up the App subscription and get the above mentioned details?

We tried with the sample GraphQL query provided in the mock app subscription document.

But we are getting the following error in the screenshot.
