May it be because i am registered in dev community with another email address from the one i use to login to my company’s account ?

We usually ask users to use the form for questions that might require some testing/further investigation, and/or to provide more information (so that we don’t ask users to share information publicly).
In this case for example, I would like to see your entire recipe and the configuration of the custom dynamic field + the object you are passing to it to the fields to be mapped into monday columns so I am sure I am giving you the most accurate answer.
Also if you open a request via the form, that goes into our queue and will be handled promptly by one of our team members (the queue is checked continuously while not all community topics are replied to immediately). The community is intended to be a space for monday users/devs to meet and share things + help each other. If we can help, we will be happy to, but our official support channel for some things is via the form 😀
