When a customer’s free trial has ended or is about to expire, does monday automatically send out an email letting them know to subscribe to a plan? I’m trying to figure out if I would need to set that up myself as an app developer or if monday already does this.


I don’t want customers to be caught off guard when their integration suddenly stops working.

Yes, customers receive notification that their trial has ended! 🙂
