Blank Settings pane on Dashboard widgets

Hi,

As of mid day GMT yesterday, the settings pane for the Dashboard widget app that we have developed for the Marketplace (Speedometer) is completely blank.

I opened a ticket with Dev support yesterday, but have not received a reply yet. This is very troubling as my users can’t edit settings, but even worse, new downloaders immediately uninstall since they can’t seem to figure out how to work the thing…
Anybody else notice this issue?

Monday Dev Support - any eta on when this issue will be resolved?

I’ve seen this before on one of my apps. Reported to support but never heard the cause of it. It just started working again. Probably 3-6 months ago.

I believe this should have been fixed by the team.

In case these issues persist, would you be able to please fill this form adding as much information as possible to it (such as account ID, board IDs, item IDs, timestamps, etc.) so that our team can take a look into it?
