Best practice when you require reference to multiple column ID from the recipe

Hi Everyone,
Good day!
Sorry if this is a silly question but is there a best practice that we follow when we want to reference multiple column IDs (more than 5) from a recipe sentence? Is there a limit strictly enforced on the number of input fields of a custom action? Or maybe an alternative approach instead of creating a number of input fields, so that the sentence wouldn’t be that too lengthy?

    Hey @russel.alfeche!

    As far as I’m aware there isn’t a limit on the number of fields / actions per say, but we do have a character limit in place. The max character limit for a custom trigger / action is 255 for each one. Meaning:

    • Your custom trigger can have up to 255 characters before it fails to save.
    • Your custom action can have up to 255 characters before it fails to save.
