App_subscription_operations API

Looking at the new app_subscriptions_operations API (App subscription operations)

One thing that doesn’t stand out as obvious to me is the subscription period. It seems tied to the billing period.

Does this mean if someone is billed yearly, it only resets yearly? Or does it reset at the monthly period of the year?

We reset the counter on a monthly basis!

The reason I was confused is subscriptions have billing_period options of monthly and yearly:

Just to make it clear where the specific confusion comes from.
