Did your new version contain any changes to permissions, scopes, etc.?
I am not changing anything about the app. I create a new version, push to live and the app disappears from all the accounts that have installed it for a couple of hours!!!
Happened last time 4 days ago and it happened today as well.
The app even disappears on my own account but for way shorter. It’s like it’s taking some time to propagate the changes to installed versions (even though there are no changes). But during that time the last version is not there either. So the app stops existing during the time that the new version is propagating.
Do you have a separate team working on the developer console? They need a warning honestly. This is not the only problem with the developer console. Every week something new breaks there. Is it in Beta stages?!

It appears like this in run history. In automations it doesn’t exist. But when triggers occur the automation still runs.
