I went to the developer portal which has design resources for us all to use.
It has a get started section in figma where you can add it as a library, but the problem is, you can’t access the file to do this. You need edit access.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I checked this with the team in charge of the Vibe system and they mentioned that we have a community Figma file that users can duplicate to their own Figma accounts and then publish the library to their projects.
Where did you get the file that you showed in the screenshot?
